Nicholas di Girolamo is the Chief Executive Officer of Australian Water Holdings Pty Limited (AWH).

Prior to this, Nicholas practiced as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW. Nicholas was appointed a Partner of leading Sydney law firm Colin Biggers & Paisley in 1999.  He practiced extensively in the areas of commercial litigation, directors' and officers' liability, and corporate governance.  He was later appointed to the role of Business Development Manager in January 2005, and subsequently to the position of Managing Partner in August 2005. In February 2008, Nicholas was appointed as Chairman of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Sydney.
